platform for makers, tinkerers, inventors, and artists to showcase their projects, ideas, and
skills to the world. The festival brings together a diverse community of individuals who are

collaboration. Whether you're an experienced maker or just curious about the world of
making, Maker Fest is the perfect place to get inspired, learn new skills, and connect with

Workshops and demonstrations: Participants can attend hands-on workshops and

Exhibitor fair: The exhibitor fair is the main showcase of the festival, where
participants can see the latest and greatest projects from makers, tinkerers, and

EVENT TIMELINE:
DAY 1: 4th March 2023
9:00 am - 10:00 am: Inauguration of the fest. Participant check-in and setup. Participants
should arrive at the event venue to check in and set up their displays.
10:00 am - 11:00 am: Opening ceremony and keynote speech. The event will be officially
opened with a keynote speech from a prominent maker or innovator.
11:00 am - 12:00 pm: Project demonstrations and displays. Participants will have an
opportunity to showcase their projects and interact with attendees.
12:00 pm - 1:00 pm: Lunch break. Participants and attendees can take a break to grab a
bite to eat and network with others.
1:00 pm - 3:00 pm: Workshops and presentations. Participants can attend various
workshops and presentations on making, innovation, and creativity.
DAY 2: 5th March 2023

with a closing ceremony and an opportunity for participants and attendees to network and
exchange ideas.
RULES AND REGULATIONS:
1. Respect for others: Participants must respect the rights and opinions of others, and
should avoid engaging in any behavior that is disruptive or offensive.
2. Project Safety: Participants must ensure that their projects are safe and do not pose
a risk to the public or to other participants. Projects that are deemed unsafe by the
organizers may be removed.
3. Use of Tools and Equipment: Participants must use tools and equipment in a safe
and responsible manner. They should also be familiar with the proper use of any
equipment they bring to the event.
4. Liability: Participants are responsible for their own projects and must ensure that
their projects are properly insured. The organizers will not be held liable for any
damage or theft of participants’ projects.
5. Intellectual Property: Participants must respect the intellectual property rights of
others, and must not display or demonstrate any projects that violate copyright or
trademark laws.
6. Alcohol and Drugs: The use of alcohol and drugs is strictly prohibited at the Maker
Fest. Participants who appear to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol may be
asked to leave.
7. Conduct: Participants must always behave in a professional and responsible manner.
Any behavior that is deemed disruptive, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate will not
be tolerated.
8. Photography and Video: Participants may be photographed or recorded during the
Maker Fest for promotional purposes. By participating in the Maker Fest, participants
consent to use their image and likeness.
9. Compliance with Guidelines and Rules: Participants must comply with all
guidelines and rules set forth by the organizers. The organizers reserve the right to
disqualify or remove any participant who does not abide by the rules.
10. Disclaimer: The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the schedule,
guidelines, and rules at any time. By participating in the Maker Fest, participants

breaking down their own displays.
d) Safety: All projects must be safe for public display. The organizers reserve
the right to remove any project that is deemed unsafe.
e) Liability: Participants are responsible for the safety and security of their own
projects. The organizers will not be held liable for any damage or theft of
participants’ projects.
